These terms apply when you use the Finest Gifts website or place an order with us. Finest Gifts is a trading name of FHK Business Services Limited (see Company information below). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Orders
When you place an order you are offering to buy the products selected. We will email you to acknowledge your order. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious error in its price or description, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Products
We aim to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and minor variations in packaging or finish can occur. Products are dispatched by our fulfilment partners.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation. We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. If your order has not arrived within the expected period, please contact us and we will investigate.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Our Returns and Refunds policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work, including what to do if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please do not send returns to our registered office; contact us first for the returns address.
Using our website
You must not use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or attempt to interfere with its security or operation. Content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses where products were bought for personal use.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on our website when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts and rely on the mandatory consumer laws that apply there.
